This hotel is tucked away in a street just off Praça Dom Pedro IV/Rossio Square in Lisbon. It's surrounded by wonderful restaurants, shops, and cafes, right in the heart of the Baixa/Chiado neighborhoods. It's also just a couple minute's walk from the Rossio train station. The staff was professional and helpful. A little glass of port and a mini pastel de nata upon check-in was a nice touch. The room was compact, immaculately clean and very comfortable. It was my third trip to Lisbon, but first time staying here. Normally I travel with the family (of 5), so we rent an apartment, but if ever there again alone or with just my wife, I would certainly stay here again.

Great 3 star hotel in the centre of Lisbon. Good location for exploring Lisbon, easy to get to and from the airport as you’re not far from the Rossio metro stop. Right next to Rossio station if you’re getting the train to Sintra for the day. Staff all sound as well, from the blonde lassie who booked us in to the fella that checked us out. Room is quite small but we knew this from checking the square metre-age in the description :) Just means there’s no where to put your clothes/suitcase. Room and bathroom were nice and clean with a quality shower and excellent air con.

Very good location, professional small hotel/boutique, clean, quiet, and staff was great (Maria in particular was a standout for us). We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage and come back with it back in the room. Very close to a couple groceries (including a very healthy food one), the metro and train as well as all the central attractions. Also a plus, it’s on flat land so you are able to really minimize uphills if you want. Room was nice and clean, upgraded slightly and had a great experience.

The location was amazing, right in the square but wasnt noisy at all. Walking distance to just about everything you need to get to in Lisbon when you only have a short time. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was super accommodating at storing our luggae for the day as we toured the city. Their coffee and pasteis on checking in was such a nice touch as it was out first day and had been traveling all night.

Victoria

The employees we met were very friendly and helpful, the reception team in particular were great. Lovely welcome and they kept our bags for us as we arrived before check in. The location is excellent, very easy to get around to most areas in particular if it's a first time to Lisbon. The room was clean and had everything you needed for a few days trip. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that.
